Training COORDINATOR
Our new Training Coordinator will design and implement the most updated, efficient, and effective International Business & Export training program for busy entrepreneurs. Will include easy, fast, and effective delivery models to assist, aid, and educate Black-owned businesses about the globalization process.
WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO…
Essential Functions
- Design and develop the Black & Global International Business and Export Training Program (IBETP)1. Design and develop the Black & Global International Business and Export Training Program (IBETP)
- Design and deliver 4 training sessions a year, (quarterly)
- Recruit, manage and coach a group of instructors and guest speakers
- Set, meet, and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Work with Gateway Partners to offer IBETP
- Create a certification program and evaluation process
- Create a pipeline for other Black & Global services
- Work with app Development Team to produce an Export Readiness App
Secondary Functions
Assist with company programs such as:
- Black & Global’s Momentum Training Program
- Informational Meetings
- Virtual Trade Summit(s)
- Webinars
- Essentials and Expansion programs
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of training program development experience
- Strong negotiating skills
- Results oriented and initiative-taking skills
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Meets deadlines and diligence
- Organized and attention to details and time management
- Bachelor’s in Management, Human Resources, Communications, or Business Administration
