RESEARCH TEAM COORDINATOR
Our new Research Team Coordinator will champion our mission and design the most up-to-date, efficient, and effective team of Research Interns in international business. Will work with HBCUs to identify, interview, and recruit International Business, Data Analytics, and Economics students. And will organize the training and development of the Research Team.
WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO…
Essential Functions
- Design and develop the Black & Global International Business Market Research Team Program
- Work with HBCUs to access their Student Internship program
- Develop the onboarding/orientation and training program for Interns
- Design and develop the Research Team workflow process to Support Black & Global operations
- Coordinate with government agencies to obtain market analysis training
- Conduct research analytics on clients, prospects, gateway partners including information on key personnel, and events; any information to help Sales, Client Services, Digital Marketing and Summit Teams
- Create a professional development pipeline for future Black & Global Leaders
- Set, meet, and exceed KPI’s
Secondary Functions
Assist with company programs such as:
- Black & Global’s Momentum Training Program
- Informational Meetings
- Virtual Trade Summit(s)
- Webinars
- Essentials and Expansion programs
Requirements
- Experience in working with and investing in Black Students and their professional development and advancement.
- Minimum 3 years of Development and Training program experience
- Leadership experience with outgoing personality
- Great Communications and people skills
- Results oriented and initiative-taking skills
- Meets deadlines and attention to detail
- Organized and attention to time management
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication, Data Analysis, Information Technology, or related field
