Strategic Partner – Black Automotive Supplier Network Development
Black & Global Business Network (BGBN) is seeking a Strategic Partner to help recruit and scale a trusted network of Black-owned, pre-vetted automotive suppliers for high-value contract opportunities in African countries.
This is a collaborative, entrepreneurial partnership where you will play a key role in building one of the most impactful supplier ecosystems in the global automotive industry. By bridging Black-owned suppliers with international markets, you will directly contribute to creating jobs, increasing competitiveness, and reshaping global supply chains with diversity at the center.

Essential Functions
- Lead identification and recruitment of qualified Black-owned automotive suppliers
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage suppliers and partners
- Facilitate access to vetted contracts and growth opportunities in African countries
- Support BGBN’s vision to elevate Black-owned businesses into global supply chains
- Build long-term partnerships that drive measurable impact and sustainability
