MEMBER SUCCESS COORDINATOR
Our new Member Success Coordinator will be the international business development champion for Black-owned businesses. Will create and ensure a simple, fast, clear, and concise customer journey and wow-factor experience in meeting with government export agencies. Will ensure that Black & Global creates accessible pathways for Members (Clients) to work with the government to go global. Will provide and create bi-weekly meetings with Black & Global members to keep them informed and engaged.
WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO…
Essential Functions
- Responsible for VIP Gold Glove Service, Expansion Service, and the Clients Wow Factor experience.
- Work with Client Services Team
- Deliver excellent customer service consistently
- Ensure all processes are simple, easy, and efficient for clients
- Develop bi-weekly client meeting schedule
- Represent Black & Global at all Client government meetings
- Ensure that clients receive access to all government resources
- Set, meet, and exceed KPI’s
- Work with Research Team to determine Client needs
Secondary Functions
Assist with company programs such as:
- Black & Global’s Momentum Training Program
- Informational Meetings
- Virtual Trade Summit(s)
- Webinars
- Essentials and Expansion programs
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of International Business Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with government exporting agencies
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with and promoting the development of Black Businesses
- Excellent people skills including conversational and instructional
- Outgoing and approachable
- Results oriented and initiative-taking skills
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Meets deadlines and attention to detail
- Organized and attention to time management
- Bachelor’s in Management, Communications, Business Administration, or International Business or related fields
